Type a word or a sentence and get it in more than a dozen Unicode styles you can copy straight into your Instagram bio, name field, captions and comments. Nothing to install and nothing to log in to.
Write the line you want to style. Every style below updates as you type.
Tap Copy next to the style you like. It goes to your clipboard as plain characters.
Open Edit profile or the caption box and paste. Check the preview before saving.
Instagram does not let you pick a typeface. What these styles do is swap each letter for a look-alike character from the Unicode standard: mathematical bold, script, double-struck, monospace and so on. Because they are real characters and not formatting, they survive copy and paste into your bio, name, captions, comments and Stories text.
Not every device ships every symbol. Older phones and some smart TVs can show an empty box for rare characters, so preview the result on the device your audience uses most before you commit to it.
Screen readers read many of these characters letter by letter or skip them. Keep the important words, like your name and what you do, in plain text and use a styled font only for decoration.
Yes, the name field accepts them. Search still matches mostly on plain letters, so keep your real name or brand in plain text somewhere on the profile.
Yes. Instagram counts characters, and some styled letters are stored as two code units, so a styled bio can hit the 150 character limit sooner.
The device viewing the post does not have that symbol in its fonts. Pick a more common style, like bold or italic, if your audience uses older phones.
Yes. It runs entirely in your browser, nothing is sent to us and there is no limit.
A styled bio looks better with a profile people already follow.
