Welcome to FameViral. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fameviral.com website and FameViral mobile app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the Service.

1. What FameViral is

FameViral is a voluntary, community-driven Instagram growth platform. Users earn in-platform coins by completing engagement actions (following profiles, liking posts) and redeem those coins to receive real engagement on their own profiles from the community. The Service is free to use.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a public Instagram account.
• You must comply with Instagram’s own Terms of Use when using our platform.

3. No password policy

FameViral will never ask for your Instagram password. All engagement actions happen through your own Instagram app, performed manually by you. If anyone claiming to represent FameViral asks for your password, they are attempting fraud — report them to us immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use bots, scripts, or any automation to complete tasks.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or inflate your own engagement.
• Complete tasks in bad faith (e.g., unfollow immediately after to game the system).
• Use FameViral to promote illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your Instagram identity.

5. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice or refund, if we detect violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. Users banned for fraud forfeit all accumulated coins with no right of recovery.

6. No guarantees

FameViral is a community exchange. While we work hard to deliver quality engagement, we cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, likes, or delivery time. We do not guarantee that followers won’t unfollow, as they are real people who choose freely. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta, or any of its subsidiaries.

7. Relationship with Instagram / Meta

FameViral is an independent third-party service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc. Instagram is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here solely for descriptive purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FameViral complies with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, logos, and branding on FameViral belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FameViral is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including loss of Instagram followers, account suspension by Instagram, or any other platform-related action beyond our control.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless local mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
