• Payment status: the payment processor tells us whether a payment was approved. We do not receive or store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.
• Analytics: pages visited and campaign parameters, through analytics and advertising-measurement cookies.

2. What we do not collect

• Your Instagram or TikTok password, which we never ask for.
• Card numbers or bank details, which stay with the payment processor.
• Private messages or any content from inside your account.

3. How we use your data

• To deliver the order to the @ or post you chose.
• To show the status of your order and find it by code or email.
• To contact you about the order when needed.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To measure and improve the site and our campaigns.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share only what each partner needs: the payment processor (to charge you), delivery providers (who receive the public @ or link, never your contact data) and analytics and advertising tools (aggregated or pseudonymous data). We do not sell personal data.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for the guarantee, support, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete contact data that is no longer required.
