FameViral maintains a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (“CSAM”), grooming, solicitation, trafficking, and any form of content or behavior that harms minors. This page describes our prevention standards, reporting procedures, and compliance commitments, as required by Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
Report CSAE material or behavior:
Email us immediately at contact@fameviral.com with subject line “Child Safety Report”. We review every report within 24 hours and cooperate with law enforcement.
1. Age requirement
FameViral is intended for users aged 13 years or older. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 13, the account is deleted immediately and all associated data is erased.
2. Prohibited content and behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on FameViral:
- Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse (CSAM)
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexualized communication with or about minors
- Sharing, linking to, or referencing external CSAM
- Impersonating a minor to solicit content or engagement
- Encouraging, normalizing, or glorifying child exploitation
- Trafficking in any form, including child trafficking
- Using FameViral to engage with Instagram accounts that feature the above
Violation of this policy results in immediate permanent account termination, coin forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent agencies worldwide.
3. How we prevent CSAE on FameViral
- No user-generated visual content — FameViral does not host photos, videos, live streams, or messages between users. The platform only stores public Instagram @usernames and public profile info. This eliminates the most common CSAE attack surface.
- No direct messaging — Users cannot contact each other inside FameViral. There is no DM, chat, or private communication channel that could be abused for grooming or solicitation.
- Age gate at signup — Users confirm they are 13+ when creating an account. Users who self-identify as younger are blocked from registration.
- Automatic screening of referenced accounts — Instagram profiles flagged as private, suspended, or featuring sexualized content involving minors are automatically rejected from engagement tasks.
- Community reporting — Every task in FameViral has a “Report” button. Users can flag any Instagram profile or task for child-safety review. Reports are triaged within 24 hours.
- Banned content keyword detection — Our systems scan usernames, bios, and associated metadata for known CSAE-related terms and block them proactively.
4. How to report CSAE
If you encounter CSAE material or behavior on FameViral or related to a FameViral user:
- Email us at contact@fameviral.com with subject “Child Safety Report”.
- Include as much detail as possible: Instagram @username involved, task ID or order ID if applicable, description of the content or behavior, and date/time observed.
- Do NOT attach any CSAM material. Describe it in words only. Sharing CSAM is illegal, even for reporting purposes.
- We review within 24 hours. Accounts are suspended pending investigation. Confirmed violations are reported to NCMEC (cybertipline.org) and local law enforcement, and the account is permanently banned.
5. Compliance and reporting to authorities
- FameViral complies with all applicable child-safety laws, including the United States Providing Resources, Officers, and Technology To Eradicate Cyber Threats to Our Children Act (PROTECT Our Children Act), the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act, and Brazil’s ECA (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente).
- Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- We cooperate with lawful investigations by law enforcement and preserve evidence as required by law.
- Reports are also forwarded to local authorities such as Brazil’s Disque 100 and Policia Federal, and equivalent agencies in the user’s jurisdiction.
