This page explains how to delete your FameViral account and all personal data associated with it. FameViral is operated by the FameViral team. If you don’t see a specific option you need, contact us at contact@fameviral.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
Option 1 — Request via email (fastest, recommended)
- Send an email to contact@fameviral.com
- Subject:
Account deletion request - In the body, include the Instagram @username you used to sign up on FameViral.
- Send it from an email address tied to your account (if you added one) so we can verify it’s really you. If you never added an email, we’ll ask you to post a temporary code from your Instagram profile bio to verify ownership.
Response time: within 30 days (usually less than 48 hours).
Option 2 — Delete from within the FameViral app
- Open the FameViral app or go to fameviral.com/app-login and log in.
- Tap your profile avatar (top-right) to open the Profile screen.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
The deletion request is submitted immediately. Data erasure is completed within 30 days (see retention details below).
What data is deleted
The following personal data is permanently erased from our database within 30 days:
- Instagram username, public profile photo, follower count cached on our servers
- Email address (if you added one)
- Coin balance, orders placed, orders received, task completions
- Referral history and achievements
- Push notification subscription tokens
- Session tokens and authentication data
- Device identifiers, install source, and IP address records linked to your account
- Any support messages you sent us
What data may be retained, and for how long
A limited set of data may be kept after deletion for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, as permitted by GDPR / CCPA / LGPD:

What happens after deletion
- Your FameViral account cannot be recovered.
- Your coin balance, pending orders, and referral history are lost permanently.
- You can create a new FameViral account at any time using the same or different Instagram username (subject to our Terms).
- Any followers or likes you already received on Instagram stay on your Instagram account — we don’t take them back.
- If you opt in again later, push notifications will be re-subscribed through a fresh token; previous tokens are gone.
